Blog Post #5 - Visualization Tips That WORK!
Hey, it's Andrew, otherwise known as that guy who wrote "The Last Law of Attraction Book You'll Ever Need To Read," and today, I’m giving you four of my most powerful tips for successfully visualizing the life of your dreams and sending out the perfect signal to the Universe.
Here are FOUR VISUALIZATION TIPS FOR SENDING THE PERFECT SIGNAL OUT TO THE UNIVERSE
Tip #1 Disregard limitations.
Now when I say disregard limitations, I mean it’s perfectly okay to picture yourself going from making $4,000 a month to 4 million dollars a year. Most people don’t know let themselves think about something like that when they visualize because they don’t know how they’ll ever be able to do that in real life.
But that’s not the point.
The point is to put out the vibrational frequency of that possibility in a potent way so that the Universe can get to work on showing you ways this CAN be done, putting the right kind of people in front of you to help you with this, and even raising your confidence so that you can be more assertive and capable when taking the steps that WILL be revealed to you in perfect time.
You see, limitations may seem logical, but that doesn’t mean they’re valid. I mean, an airplane manages to stay in the air without flapping its wings. Does that seem logical??? It only seems normal to you because you’re used to seeing it, even if you’ve never had the actual science of it explained to you. It’s a real thing.
But how do you think the concept would have looked to people 200 years ago? Maybe the same way you’re looking at the possibility of increasing your income by 100 times or more. So you want to disregard any limitations that seem to make perfect sense to you, and use your imagination when you’re visualizing to get yourself “used to seeing” all the things that you want manifest in your life.
Through these daily visualizations, you, and more importantly, your subconscious mind, should be just as used to seeing what you want manifested in your physical reality as you are to seeing an airplane soar through the sky, which happens countless times every single day.
Tip #2: Think of your visualizations (or any manifestation method that I teach) as an opportunity to just have fun and enjoy the moment.
This tip, in many ways, is the most important one you could ever learn because the number one thing I see stopping people from attracting what they want into their life, is they’re doing the methods as a way to try to force reality to bend to their will RATHER than doing the methods for the sake of doing them and for the sake of simply enjoying them for what they are -- which are simply moments for experiencing positive emotions.
It’s the positive emotions that you have while thinking about what you want that really grabs the Universe’s attention and gives it the clear blueprints to construct what you want out of the ether and into solid form. And the worst thing you could do -- the thing that really slows it down -- is not allow yourself to enjoy the moment now, before what you want actually gets here.
And really, why wait “until” what you want “finally arrives” before enjoying your life? That sounds like a recipe for a very unsatisfying life, and is often the reason that life stays unsatisfying for a lot of people.
So take my advice and feel good using these techniques now. This isn’t a chore -- It’s a choice. A perk. Something you get to do, not something you have to do.
Nobody ever thinks of watching TV or eating ice cream as an obligation.
And nobody should think of visualization or any other manifestation method in the same way either.
So do the strategically smart thing here -- and enjoy the visualization. If it ain’t fun, there’s no point in doing it. More importantly, if it ain’t even a little fun, it won’t work.
Tip # 3 - Don’t let your ego make you wonder if you’re “doing it wrong.”
I’ve already covered this pretty thoroughly in my book -- ...but your ego -- which is stronger than your conscious mind -- has just one goal: and that’s your survival.
All that matters to the ego is that you’re alive. And it knows that visualizing works. It knows that visualizing will lead to the kind of changes you’ve wanted in your life for a long long time.
So since it knows this ...AND it also knows how to leverage your fears and insecurities in ways you couldn't even begin to imagine ...when you get that little nudge of fear that you might not be doing this right, and then you start to worry that if you don’t do these visualizations perfectly, they won’t work -- or worse yet, that they might actually backfire on you... Remember that old saying about what the letters in fear actually stand for -- False Evidence Appearing Real
-- and then ask yourself in all honesty if these doubts are just your ego’s misguided attempts to keep you safe because it’s worried that if this works the way that it will, that you’ll be in a brand new life situation which it just can’t predict, and therefor, doesn’t want to risk.
This is all just my long winded way of telling you that having doubts about whether you’re doing it right, and worrying that you HAVE to do it perfectly -- as if there’s a perfect way to do it to begin with -- these are all traps keeping you from a truth that’s been hiding in plain sight this entire time:
Which is that the only actual way to do it wrong is to not do it at all.
Tip #4 - Remember that your focus determines your reality.
If you ever feel stuck in place -- as if nothing seems like it’s ever going to change, it’s because you’ve been putting most of your focus, energy, and attention on “what is” -- whether you mean to or not. I’m sure you already knew this, but now that I’ve given you this reminder with all these other tips, you now know that you have the power to use your imagination and choose a better point of focus. You finally see that you really can attract the change you’ve been looking for. You just have to decide to do it.
And you don’t even have to do it all day. Do it for just five minutes, and then rest easy in the knowledge that those few minutes were more than enough to get your message to the Universe -- and then realizing that by knowing the message got through, you can go about the rest of your day with that very same relaxed confidence, which requires no effort, which is automatic, which is also usually pretty subtle, so you don’t have to worry that it’s not there if it’s not very obvious, and which is actually making your magnetic signal stronger and stronger with every passing moment.
You need to realize that you’re already way further ahead in the game than you ever realized. And all it takes to shoot you even further toward the manifestations of what you really want, is visualize for just five minutes a day.
