Blog Post #16 - An Awesome Daily LOA Routine
Hey, it's Andrew, otherwise known as that guy who wrote "The Last Law of Attraction Book You'll Ever Need To Read," and today, I've got a really awesome daily LOA routine I'd like to share with you.
This is a very special routine, which combines four distinct manifestation methods into a longer daily experience for you to use as you attract and manifest all those things you want most in your life.
I specifically designed this for people who have already been using manifestation methods for 2 consecutive months -- or at the very least -- 45 days at a minimum, so they’re most likely at a point where they’ve established a comfortable routine and really genuinely enjoy the daily practice and are having so much fun now that they not only look forward to doing the methods each day, but they try to spend more time doing them.
With this type of new preference in mind, I’ve designed an extended method that’s really a combination of 4 techniques that you do back to back, all at once, simply as a way of having a guaranteed way of enjoying more of your day regardless of anything else going on with your schedule.
In other words, this takes longer so you can spend more time enjoying yourself.
As you already know, five minutes of any method each day is more than enough, so this is more about adding extra momentum and boosting your frequency and vibration even higher and even faster.
And the truth is, you can take any of the methods I teach and do them back to back, but I wanted to construct a more specific new process for you that works wonders for me that I really enjoy.
To make things simple, I’ll just describe them as four different steps for you.
Step 1: Go outside and acknowledge and appreciate the Universe around you. Fresh air is always a wonderfully stimulating catalyst for this process, so it really pays to take a walk around the block or out in nature or wherever you can just breathe easy and appreciate everything around you. If you’re bedridden for any reason, at least go as close as you can to an open window, and if you can’t even do that, close your eyes and picture yourself walking through someplace outside that’s peaceful that you really enjoy, whether it’s a white sand beach, a lush rainforest, the California redwoods, or any place you enjoyed when you were younger. There’s no wrong answer.
Anyway, here’s the key to this step. While you’re walking around outside, no matter where you are, whether you’re surrounded by chirping birds and trees or concrete buildings and cars, I want you to identify at least 50-100 things to appreciate.
Look at that tree swaying in the wind and know that it’s waving to you, that the Universe is acknowledging you, that you’re noticed and that everything around you is here just for you. Thank that tree. Thank that car. Thank that street sign. Thank that attractive stranger smiling as they walk past you. Thank that friendly dog and its owner.
This can be all in your head of course. You don’t have to say ‘thank you’ out loud, but you do want to express it inside your head as you move forward. As long as you’re grateful and you’re really appreciating what you’re witnessing in some way.
So thank that fruit stand. Thank that supermarket. Thank those beautiful houses. Thank that apartment building. Thank those pine cones. Thank that squirrel. Thank anything and everything you can -- feeling genuine gratitude that it’s really there for you -- and do this for a minimum of 50-100 things. The truth is, depending on your environment, you can find way more than that to appreciate even if you only walk outside for a few minutes. With that in mind, I recommend you walk for at least 5-10 minutes, but even 15 or more if you have time. It’s a wonderfully healthy way to experience appreciation.
And it sets you up wonderfully for Step 2: Meditate. For 5 minutes at a minimum. But for 10 minutes if possible.
This meditation should be an easy one. Just get reasonably comfortable in any position, whether you’re sitting up or you’re lying down or whatever. Set a timer for a few minutes or play a nice enjoyable piece of music in the background to serve as your timer, and simply breathe in nice and slow as you picture a white stream of light gently entering your body and relaxing and healing it in any way that may be needed, and then breathe out and share that light with the entire world around you, healing and enriching it in any way that may be needed.
As you do this, if you want to throw in an element of spoken statement scripting by repeating a positive thought, then feel free to do so, but don’t say it out loud verbally -- instead just repeat it in your head. And if you’re going to do this extra step, which is certainly not necessary, choose a very simple thought -- no more than seven words, and even fewer if possible. Something really simple like ‘i love myself’ or ‘the universe loves me’ or ‘i’m so grateful for this moment.’ Very basic and very simple.
Okay, now we’re diving into Step 3, and in case it isn’t clear yet, you’re doing each new step immediately after finishing the last one.
Step 3 is take out a notebook and choose 2 or 3 topics, and write at least 2-3 sides of a page about everything you’re grateful for in those topics. This should take you 5-10 minutes. And if you only want to focus on one topic, that’s just fine. And if you run out of things to think of, just hop to a new topic instead. There are always things to be grateful for, and since you just made a list of at least 50-100 things in step one, you’ve always got those as a backup to go back and appreciate again, which is just fine since feeling gratitude is the purpose of this step, so it doesn’t matter what you feel that gratitude for.
If you prefer typing on your computer, do that for a few minutes instead. If you prefer speaking instead of writing, do that. Whatever way feels best and most enjoyable and easiest for you.
Okay, last but not least - Step 4: Look up and outward and acknowledge and thank the universe for being there for you. It doesn’t matter what reasons you give. It doesn’t matter whether you say it out loud or just speak the words in your mind, but thank the universe in any way that you can -- for past things, present things, and even future things that you now know are on their way to you.
Thank you, Universe, that I always had a warm meal each night growing up.
Thank you, Universe, that I had a roof over my head.
Thank you, Universe, for the air in my lungs, and the fact that it’s always there and never runs out.
Thank you, Universe, for my steady paycheck.
Thank you, Universe, for all the piles and piles of money on their way to me.
Thank you, Universe, for my pet dog growing up.
Thank you, Universe, for my first kiss.
Thank you, Universe, for next kiss.
Thank you, Universe, for always looking out for me, always helping me, always being in my corner, always supporting me, always comforting me, always being there whenever I really needed it, and so much more. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Do that for at least 5 minutes, but if you have time and you get on a roll, and you feel any more momentum, and you want to keep going, feel free to go ahead and do that. Since this is your final step in the foundational four, you have as much time left over as you want to keep doing this.
And that is the process in a nutshell. Feel free to give this a try and see how you feel doing it. It’s a wonderful way to spend a part of your day, especially early in the morning after you wake up if you have the time for it. But doing it later in the day or even at night before you go to bed is a wonderful time as well.
Above all else, enjoy yourself doing this. Don’t feel extra unnecessary pressure to feel extra gratitude. Just feel whatever you feel, and appreciate that, and enjoy that, and always -- always have fun.
Grateful for you,
-Andrew
