Blog Post #9 - All It Takes Is Five Minutes
Hey, it's Andrew, otherwise known as that guy who wrote "The Last Law of Attraction Book You'll Ever Need To Read," and today, I've got a question for you...
How do you obliterate resistance once and for all, and FINALLY begin attracting and manifesting everything you’ve ever wanted, faster than you ever thought possible?

Picking a 90-second scene in your mind to imagine yourself in, where you’re happy and you have everything you want and you’re surrounded by people you love, and you have all the money you could ever ask for, and you’re in the home of your dreams, and you have the perfect job and the perfect mate and wonderful health? — yep, that also fits the bill.
And as luck would have it, doing ANY technique like these — that you can find in ANY Law of Attraction book worth its salt — THIS is what helps you automatically dissolve your resistance so that you’re never get stuck in a loop of confusion, uncertainty, or hopelessness ever again.
Pretty sweet deal, right?
Sure it is. It’s pretty much the best deal you could ever ask for.
But if that’s really the case, if things really are this simple and easy — then why do so few of us ever actually take those few short minutes out of our day to do one of these manifestation methods?
And for those of us who DO manage to devote a little time to it most days, why don’t we actually enjoy the process?
It’s because we’re trying to FORCE the result. We’re trying to ‘will’ what we want into existence. We’re trying to make the Universe do something, and this is SUPER DIFFICULT — because in trying to ‘make’ the Universe do what we want, we’re acknowledging that “this actually isn’t the way things are” which only reinforces the vibration of “I want this, but I don’t have it” — which only prompts the Universe to maintain our current state of affairs where we don’t attract or manifest any of our desires.
Not fun.
If you only knew how things REALLY work, you’d have so much more fun, you’d have so much less resistance, and you’d achieve so much more of what you truly want in your life.
So let me break it down for you like this --
Think about getting in shape.
You can’t just “will” your muscles to grow, can you?
Nope - it just doesn’t work that way.
But what you can do, however, is lift weights.
And that specific choice and action will then TRIGGER your muscles to grow IN RESPONSE.
In the same way, you can’t “will” what you desire to be dragged kicking and screaming into your physical manifested reality.
But you CAN do gratitude, scripting, or visualization exercises for a few minutes each day.
And those methods — when done with a focused, patient, and open mind — will adjust your vibration FOR you… and your new frequency will then automatically TRIGGER the Universe to reshape and reorganize itself to begin matching the reality you wanted to begin with.
Soooo… Here’s your answer: pick a simple and easy manifestation method.
Do it at least once a day (just five minutes is more than enough).
DON’T try to ‘force’ it or be perfect or be flawless or think you have to do it in some secret particular way.
Enjoy the moment as much or as little as you can without any attachment to the outcome.
And then trust that you’ve done your part, and now it’s time for the Universe to handle its end.
